J U N E 2 0 1 8 ~ lovely photos just in from Anna & Simons wedding last year, which has got me excited for this years summer weddings! (As well as the sun ☀️ outside today!) I enjoyed creating these table centres, including loose bottle and jar flower arrangements, with variegated ivy trails extending throughout the displays and fairy lights in moss-lined jars. The wood slices were cut and sanded down by the brides father. This beautiful shot was taken by @georgina_piper_photographer at Broyle Place in East Sussex.

B O T T L E S / B U D V A S E S ~ their subtlety adds to their charm. With each bloom on full view, observers can truly appreciate every stem. Flowers stimulate the senses and evoke memories, which is why I value them so much.

F E B R U A R Y U P D A T E ~ I’m still busy working on lots of new designs using a combination of processes including photography, hand-drawing, painting and photoshop. I’m creating surface patterns for a range of products and artwork pieces, which will be available to purchase online in the spring.

H & S ~ congratulations to Hannah and Sam who got married at Blackstock Country Estate yesterday! They had a beautifully twinkly setting, including mixed pressed glassware filled with delicate flowers in soft blush and whites, all heightened by candle light. The addition of planted up primroses in crystal glasses finished the tables off, which were gifted to guests at the end of the day. Lovely.
